The brief details of this Special off plan Boat Share are as follows:

Purchase entitles you to use the entire yacht for you and your guests.
ONLY 20 weeks for sale.

First 5 weeks will be only $15,000 each.

The additional 15 weeks will be $25,000 each.

You are purchasing a 1 week share holding for each of 5 years,
after this period the boat will be sold and the proceeds will be divided equally by the shareholders.

Each years cruising area is chosen by the shareholders by an 80% majority vote.

Yacht will be the property of a Limited Liability NON-Profit Charitable yacht Charter corp.

Included are also the following:

Full time captain and crew
Dry land tender
All costs of maintenance,insurance,berthing, electricity, etc.
Full air conditioning
Full ships crockery, cutlery etc.
Wet bar facilities and fridges/freezers/icemakers
Bimini tops, for long hot summer cruises
Hydraulic passerelle
Jet ski, 2 windsurfers
Fully equipped galley (for own use, or chef if required)
Bedding , towels ,etc.
TV's, video and DVD players with library
Full integrated stereo system

The following items shall not be included in the cost:

Costs incurred whilst away from home port (i.e. berthing, fuel, deliveries)
Food,drinks and fuel.
